This Privacy Policy explains how ListingRoast ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use listingroast.com (the "Service").
Images you upload: When you upload a screenshot, it is processed immediately by our AI to generate a roast and then permanently deleted from our servers. We do not store, retain, or review uploaded images.
Text input: Any text you paste into the roast form is sent to our AI provider for processing only and is not stored.
IP address: We store a hashed (anonymised) version of your IP address solely to enforce daily usage limits. This resets daily and is not linked to any personal profile.
Usage data: We maintain an aggregate count of total roasts generated (no personal data attached) to display on the site.
We do not currently use tracking cookies or analytics. We may add basic analytics in the future, in which case this policy will be updated to reflect that.
Uploaded images are deleted immediately after processing. Hashed IP rate-limit records are automatically purged after 7 days. We do not maintain user accounts or long-term personal data.
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Since we do not store personal data beyond hashed IP addresses for rate limiting, there is typically nothing to access, correct, or delete. For any privacy concerns, contact us at the address below.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
