All roasts are generated by an AI language model. They are satire and fiction. They do not reflect facts, real opinions, or real people. We make no warranties as to accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for any purpose. You use the output at your own risk.

4. Intellectual Property

The ListingRoast name, logo, design, and code are owned by us. AI-generated roast text may be shared freely for personal, non-commercial use with attribution to listingroast.com. We do not claim ownership of images you upload — those remain your responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListingRoast and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any AI-generated content.

6. No Affiliation with Meta or Facebook

ListingRoast is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Facebook, Meta Platforms Inc., or any other social media platform.
